This collection of newspaper articles contains a prologue by Dr. Horacio Aguirre, director of the Diario Las Americas in Miami, where the majority were originally published. They are divided by topic: Cuba, Camaguey, characters, family, religion, journalism, exile and other themes. Also included are commentaries by colleagues, students and friends of Dr. Vega Ceballos, as well as chronology and pictures of his life. His daughter, Dr. Maria Vega de Febles, and grandson, Dr. Eduardo A. Febles Vega have made possible this book with their painstaking compilations.
